Inclusive societies should strive to protect and integrate their vulnerable groups marginalized by poverty. This project focuses on individuals and families in Greece, in the two extremes of the age spectrum, toddlers 18 to 36 months, and senior citizens, older than 75 years of age. The primary goals of this project are a) to identify potential indicators of disorders of primary daily functions of Communication, Swallowing and Mobility (CoSMo) related to the ‘at-risk-of-poverty’ status of toddlers and senior citizens, b) map potential barriers and facilitators for addressing CoSMo issues and c) facilitate the social inclusion of the two groups. A multidisciplinary team will come together to produce a tool designed to facilitate their social inclusion.
